1 General Terms

• Each account is for entirely personal use — placing bets on behalf of someone else is not allowed.

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

mm90 may request a copy of a national ID card, birth certificate, or passport for age verification at the time of account opening and at any point thereafter. Providing false information about age will result in account closure, and any winnings earned may be forfeited.

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must have a valid Bangladeshi mobile banking account registered in your own name.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

• New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Bonus wagering requirement: 15 times (15x) the bonus amount.
• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• Withdrawing after claiming a bonus may result in the bonus and associated winnings being cancelled.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses must be used within the time period specified according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST).

5.3 VIP Program

The mm90 VIP program has five tiers, and weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

The criteria for VIP tier advancement are determined by mm90 and depend on the member's activity.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The mm90 platform offers sports betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and more, as well as slots, casino games, and live casino services. All games are conducted fairly and impartially (fair play).

6.1 Betting Limits

• The minimum and maximum limits for each bet vary depending on the type of game.
• mm90 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.
• mm90 reserves the right to void bets if unusual betting patterns are detected.

6.2 Bet Cancellation

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the related bet will be cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, bets will be refunded.
• Bets may be cancelled if evidence of match fixing or any other irregularity is found.

6.3 Special Cricket Betting Rules

• Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and other international cricket.
• For in-play betting, odds change in real time.
• Bets on an over will be settled after that over is completed.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the mm90 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Selling, renting, or transferring an account.
• Using any software, bots, or automated systems to influence the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Interfering with or committing fraud against betting services.
• Conducting fraudulent activities against other members.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or technical flaw in the platform for gain.
• Depositing or withdrawing using a third party's funds.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by mm90

mm90 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Providing false information or concealing identity.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Evidence that the account holder is a minor.
• Abusive behavior toward support staff.

8.2 Closure by Member
